Todd B. Ratliff
Mr. Ratliff originally joined Hodges Ward Elliott in an effort to expand the firms Focused Services Division and was successful in selling 10 hotels in his first two years. His relational and strategic approach to brokerage helps him understand the needs and objectives of the client in order to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties to the transaction.
Mr. Ratliff was a speaker at the 2005 Golf Inc. Conference and has been quoted numerous times in Crittenden Golf Business and Real Estate newsletter. Additionally, he was recently published in Golf Business magazine for his analysis of the Tenant-In-Common syndication channel and its potential impact on the golf industry.
Prior to joining Hodges Ward Elliott, Mr. Ratliff served as a principal of an Atlanta-based commercial real estate information services company. He is a graduate of Clemson University with studies in Economics, Political Science and international studies in Spain.
