William T. Shiver

As Vice President of Hodges Ward Elliott Golf Division, Bill’s role is devoted exclusively to golf course brokerage and capital sourcing.

Bill’s career has spanned over 20 years of sales, market development, and senior account management experience. His success is anchored in building trusted relationships with directors, vice-presidents, and “C” level titles within the respective sales channels.

Throughout his career, Bill has analyzed market opportunities, launched new products, developed/directed sales strategies, and built departmental organizations.

He is the former vice president of North Star Ventures, Inc., a sales consulting firm specializing in advising start-up and emerging companies on business development strategies. Previously, he held management positions with Advance Publications, Champion International Automatic Data Processing and Litton Industries Credit Corporation.

He holds a bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, degree from the University of Georgia.
